A candidate (blue=6) enters an interview room where the interviewer (red=1) sits behind a desk. Other candidates (grey=5) wait in a line outside. The interviewer asks questions; the candidate responds. One by one, grey candidates leave as they are rejected. Finally, blue either gets the position (moves to interviewer's side) or joins the rejected greys.
