Side A (red=1) and side B (blue=6) occupy opposite halves of a grid separated by a contested border (yellow=4). A neutral zone (grey=5) exists between them. Over time, both sides pull back from the border, the neutral zone widens, and the yellow border solidifies into a stable line. Peace is achieved as both colors retreat symmetrically.
