Mike is hanging a picture on the wall. He places a bubble level on top of the picture frame to make sure it is level. At first, the left side of the frame is higher, so the bubble in the bubble level shifts to the left. He then adjusts the frame slightly, but not enough, the left side is still higher. He adjusts it a little more. Finally, he gets the picture perfectly level.
